Rescue

Our primary concern is saving animals that are in the pound system as they are often on limited time, as well as those animals that have been abandoned or neglected.
Animals are in kept in care, loved and nurtured as part of their foster family until the right home comes along, this may be anywhere from a few weeks to many months, it is the commitment that each Foster Carer makes to each animal.

Re home

At RADAR Inc we have an application process for all of our pets. We take the time to make sure we find the most suitable home for each individual animal that we get into care. It ensures everyone is happy and gives our animals the best possible chance of success in their new home.

Microchipping

Microchipping gets your pet home quickly and is the only legal way to prove ownership of your animal. We can provide microchipping for a small fee.

The NSW Companion Animal Act 1998 states that all cats and kittens, dogs and puppies must be microchipped by 12 weeks of age, or when sold or given away (whichever occurs first). The pet then must be Lifetime Registered before the animal is 6 months old.
